It is a small vertical machine that pursues space-saving to the utmost limit. Its slim design maximizes necessary space for automation equipment. [Installation space]

In addition to its smaller dimensions, hydraulic manifold has been integrated with oil motor pipe flange in hydraulic system. For STX20 type, conduit has been built into C-frame, and clamping manifold is directly attached to C-frame, materializing pipe-saving thoroughly.
Tie Bar-Less
The structure of C-frame in clamping unit has been designed to achieve stable high-rigidity clamping under high-pressure (patent number: 20945904).
Due to its tie bar-less structure, various approaches to the mold from four different angles are possible. Work area around the mold is spacious, and it excels in expandability for automations.
Excellent Controllability/Operability
The controller NC21 is equipped with a 5.7-inch LCD screen. The operability has been further improved by condition setting via touch panel and machine operation with selector switch method.
Wide work space needed for molding operation is provided, excelling in workability for insert molding.
Maintenance/inspection is simple.
Noise level is very low.

Flexible layout for production site and building automation system, such as insert molding of precision small components and line productions (used as a parts feeder), can be facilitated.
