Nissei possesses superior R&D capabilities as well as abundant and sophisticated virtuosity that have been cultivated through a half century of experience as a specialized manufacturer in the field of injection molding. We were the first pioneer to engage in the development of energy-saving injection molding machines in the industry. As for quality assurances, we pursue further-advanced level of quality in designs and productions. These endeavors are in compliance with the customer-focused standards of ISO9001: 2000, and we follow our quality policy of “Promoting productions that both our customers and we can grow together.”
In commercial productions, we are intent on enhancing the quality and performance to the highest possible degree by conducting functionality evaluations, durability tests, and rigid inspection of finished products in all stages, from high-quality machining of mechanical parts, installation of high-precision electronic control device, to the final assembly.

ISO14001
 
Nissei has been accredited to ISO14001, which is the international standard for environmental management, since April 1999. We are striving to live according to our principles for environmental measures: “harmonizing corporate activities with the global environment, conserving energy/resources, preventing pollutions, and taking an active role in implementing environment-friendly measures.” These principles call us to promote environmental considerations in all areas of our operations, from development stage of injection molding machines/peripherals/systems, production, to customer support.
Our original environment-considered technologies are yielding a number of breakthroughs. For example, we have developed the injection molding machine with exceptional energy-saving features, starch-based biodegradable resin molding, sandwich molding using plastic wastes, and direct molding using discarded PET bottle flakes. We also have started commercial production of the magnesium alloy material that is easily recyclable and available in abundance as an undersea resource.
