DC SERIES
   
DC Series, equipped with Nissei Original 2-piston clamping mechanism, materializes the ideal transmission of clamping force to both sides of the mold. In addition to its high-speed control (500microsec.) and enhanced repeatability by the new controller “TACT,” a servomotor-driven new rotating mechanism materializes the high-speed shockless mold rotation, which is twice as fast as conventional machines.

Servomotor-Driven Rotation System
  • High-speed, shock-less rotation (the reversing time is ½ of conventional machines.
  • The rotation system is provided with a push-up/pull-in system to maintain the accuracy of the turntable and prolong the life of a machine. This system is very mold friendly (prevention of turntable inclination).

Nissei Original 2-Piston Mold Clamping System
  • This direct pressure clamping system permits ideal transmission of clamping force to each mold.
  • It is highly effective for products with unbalanced projection area on the primary and secondary sides.
  • A double-rod cylinder (adopted from FN Series) is adopted into the quick-feed system, doubling the mold opening speed.
 
 
 
Two-Color Molding by Core Rotation Method
The movable platen is equipped with a rotation system. When the mold is reversed, the primary product that was molded first is transferred to the secondary cavity side for next molding operation, and the secondary side resin is filled between the primary product and cavity.
  • Since the primary-side cavity is completely replaced with the secondary-side cavity, it has less configurational restriction than that of core-back system, permitting in flexibility in design.
  • Since the gate mark on the primary side can be completely covered with the secondary resin, this system is ideal for key-tops and other products that have complicated patterns and characters on the flat surface or on the side, as well as sliding sections.
* Ejection before rotation is also possible.
   
 
Excellent operability and workability
  • Selector switches are used to prevent operation errors during A-side & B-side injection and rotation, which are peculiar to DC machines.
  • A part of injection cover can be detached independently in order to remove the retaining ring from the operation side (front) during screw change.
